As far as boards go, we recommend starting out with a higher volume board with a shorter will typically need a bigger board, a 70cm mast and a large wing foil. While lighter riders may opt for smaller board setup. We highly recommend using a wetsuit, helmets, gloves and life vest. The wing foil is sharp and you want to have protection against the wing, especially while learning.
