SUP Winging is a perfect introduction to Wing Foiling. Learn the fundamentals of flying a wing on a stand-up paddle board first, which will set you up for success when introduced to the foil board (Lesson #2, TBD).

Not quite ready to dive into Kiteboarding, SUP Winging is way less of a commitment of time and money.  Fun family activity, ages 10+

Couple a SUP Winging lesson with an effoil lesson and you will have all the necessary components necessary to Wing Foil.  

• Students/Instructor: 2:1. Unless booked as a family.

• Gear: All gear included in cost including (Helmet, radio & Life Vest)

• Duration: Two hours

• Location: Barnegate Bay, NJ. Depart from Bakers Marina 

• Not included: Wetsuit (recommended), Booties (mandatory)

Recommend at least 3/2mm wetsuit. Booties are mandatory. Water apparel can be purchased through Greenhat Kiteboarding. We do NOT rent wetsuits and booties so please come prepared.
