Wing Foiling

Learn one of the fastest-growing watersports on the planet with wing foiling lessons on Barnegat Bay, New Jersey. Using a handheld wing to harness the wind, wing foiling lets you glide across the water and eventually rise above it on a hydrofoil board — combining the freedom of surfing with the thrill of flight.

Wing foiling requires less wind than kiteboarding, making it one of the best ways for beginners, families, and progression riders to experience wind sports for the first time. Our instructors break the learning process down step-by-step so you can safely build confidence and start riding faster, whether you’re visiting from NYC, Philadelphia, Boston, or the Jersey Shore.

What to Expect

Your lesson begins on land, where you’ll learn how to control the wing, understand wind direction, and get comfortable handling the equipment. From there, we move into shallow water on Barnegat Bay to practice riding techniques and board control in safe, beginner-friendly conditions.

Many students are able to get up and start riding during their first session.

  • Learn to harness wind power in a modern, approachable way
  • Glide across the water with freedom and range traditional surfing can’t offer
  • Great combination of balance, wind awareness, and progression
  • Explore Barnegat Bay in ideal learning conditions

The team of Kainetics Adventures are incredible, they are able to guide you with extreme presition throgh the steps to get you going very fast and eficently.
The equipment is top of the line, the setting for the training is perfect for different skill levels and safety is always a priority.

Having somebody with a lot of experience teaching this sport pointing the details to change or adjust as you progress makes the magic work.

The gudance on this proces is very personal considering that most of us have a different backgrounds , or none of it on water sports and still they are able to get you going.

I was amaze that after the first lesson I was able to stand up on the board and fly the wing and feel very confident.

They are always checking weather conditions in order to maximaize the experience .

I had taken lesson in different places before ,and I think this water sports school is perfect for anybody who wants to learn reagardless of your age of skill level.
